Life Story for Carole J. Boutwell

Carole J. Boutwell, age 59, a Manitowoc resident, died on Wednesday, January 9, 2012 surrounded by her loving family at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.

She was born on January 14, 1953, in Wisconsin Rapids, daughter of the late Vernon and Lenore (Oliver) Boutwell. Carole was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School. She was employed as a housekeeper at Holy Family Convent, retiring recently to care for her precious granddaughter, Olive, as well as working part time in the Deli Dept. at Piggly Wiggly in Manitowoc. Carole was an avid garage saler and loved participating in flea markets. She gave everything she could to help others, especially to the Humane Society.

Survivors include one daughter: Taisia Belinske and her significant other: Tyler Siemers, Manitowoc; one granddaughter: Olive; one sister and brother-in-law: Jody and Ted Dubinsky, Manitowoc; one brother and sister-in-law: Tom and Mona Boutwell, Two Rivers; her life long companion: Gary Belinske, Manitowoc and his children: Brian Belinske, Tricia Brown and Linda Belinske; canine companion: Wilber; nieces and nephews: Leah, John, Jr., Sarah, Beccah and Misha. Other relatives and close friends also survive. She was also preceded in death by one brother: John Boutwell and one niece: Carmen Boutwell.

Cremation has occurred at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc and a Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Pastor Guy Corrigall.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 4:00 PM until 6:45 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carole’s name to the Lakeshore Humane Society.


The family would like to extend a special thank you to Manitowoc Fire and Rescue, the staff of Holy Family Memorial ER and St Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.
Carole lived her life helping others. She predetermined to donate her organs, which are projected to help 40-100 people in need.
