Condolence: I had the privilege of working under Bill while he served as supervisor at Manitowoc Public Utilities. Everything the family said is true, a candidly humorous personality, and inventor and recycler of almost anything and an all around great guy to work with. Rest peacefully Bill and may God grant the family peace and tranquility during their time of loss.
