Condolence From: Heather Shanahan
Condolence: Jay was not only a coworker, he was a friend. I will certainly miss his jokes, his laugh and his stories. No one could tell stories like Jay.

He will be missed by many. I am very blessed to have met Jay and to have been able to call him my friend.

My deepest sympathies.

Condolence: My prayers and condolences go out to Randi, Mark and the rest of the Hetland family. Hard working, dedicated, honest, kind and helpful are all words that describe Jay. He consistently extended extra effort on his work and projects for others to help completion. He would do anything for his family and friends with the same commitment, smile and kind heart. He consistently gave to others. Many that worked with Jay a saddened by his passing. He left his mark and will be missed by all. Thank you for sharing Jay with us! God Bless.

Condolence: This is very hard to take in for me... After nearly losing my life to this virus, it takes a good, amazing soul like Jay away from us. I have no words.

I pray for the family, part of our "hockey family" years ago for safety, health, and the strength to push on. I would doubt that any being on earth could ever have anything but good and complimenting things to say about Jay.

Many blessings, thoughts and prayers to the family. I am hoping to attend the memorial at a later date.

Condolence: The best things in life come in threes, like friends, dreams, and memories. I will always remember Jay’s bright smile, much laughter, the fun times we shared and am grateful for the intersection of our lives.

Condolence: Sincerest sympathy to all who loved Jay.
He was a great guy who loved life and kept everyone smiling and working.
High School would have been so boring without his pranks. We girls learned quickly what a coil wire was.
Remember the good times!

Good byes are not forever, are not the end;
It simply means we'll miss you, until we meet again!
