Condolences

Condolence From: Wendy Baugniet Nebrija
Condolence: My most heartfelt condolences go to Bonnie and all of Jay’s family. Jay was a remarkable woman. She and Orville were in my parents’ (Dan and Evie Baugniet) card club. After Orville’s passed, Jay remained a close family friend. When my mother died (ten years ago) I found myself calling Jay to chat. I was drawn to, and comforted by, her wisdom and warmth. Jay was a very good conversationalist. She kept up with current events, had interesting stories to share, and was always eager to hear what was happening in my life. I will certainly miss our chats, but her lessons on faith, fortitude and strength of character will stay with me always. Rest in peace Jay, and may God bless your soul.

Condolence From: Bev (Stone) Nothelfer
Condolence: I am grieving right beside you, Bonnie, as we grieve such an amazing and incredible woman. There are so many attributes that can be said about Aunt Julia but the basic one is that she loved her family and that family meant everything to her. Aunt Julia's life was not an easy one from the time she was 12 years old and her mother died and she, being the oldest girl, had to take her mother's place in caring for her siblings, cleaning and cooking, etc. She never regretted her fate and did a fine job of it. She will truly be rewarded in heaven. She was like a mother to me and my last link to Grandpa. I enjoyed writing her letters and sending cards and our phone conversations every week. I will truly miss you so much, Aunt Julia. You were such an amazing role model for your family. Rest in peace, Aunt Julia. You will never be forgotten. How are we supposed to go on without you? Lots of Love, Bev
