Obituary for Thomas E. Leonowicz
Thomas E. Leonowicz, age 73, of Manitowoc passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.
Thomas was born January 30, 1947 in Manitowoc, son of the late Edward and Alice (Awe) Leonowicz. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School, Manitowoc with the class of 1965. Thomas worked for Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry until his retirement in October 2010. He served with the U.S. Army from 1966 – 1968 during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include one sister: Nancy Leonowicz, Manitowoc; one brother: Dennis (Leanna) Leonowicz, Manitowoc; nieces and a nephew: Jon & Jessica Leonowicz, Manitowoc; Kari Weigel, Elroy; great niece and nephews: Nicholas, Hannah, Nathan; as well as other relatives and friends. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, one nephew Nathan Leonowicz and one great nephew Ethan Leonowicz.
Cremation has taken place at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc and a Memorial Service will be held at 12 noon Saturday, January 30, 2021 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Deacon Alan Boeldt.
The family will great relatives and friends on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 11 a.m. until 12 noon.
